A responsible cleaning contractor has been contracted by Cushman & Wakefield on behalf of King Street Properties to commercially clean all public areas and office areas upon request. This service is conducted outside of normal business hours.
Cleaning responsibilities include but are not limited to the emptying of trash, dusting accessible areas, vacuuming carpets, stocking restroom supplies, sweeping hard surface floors, and spot cleaning as necessary. Emergency cleaning services for leaks, spills, occasional accidents, etc. will be provided upon request.
A detailed cleaning schedule can be obtained by calling the Building Office. Arrangements can be made through the Building Office for special cleaning services not included in the regular daily cleaning contract, such as carpet cleaning, ceiling cleaning, and blinds washing. Waste and recycling contracts are maintained by the landlord. A list of material that can and cannot be disposed of can be provided upon request.
