Daytime maintenance personnel are available for minor repairs, light bulb changes, and other related duties.
Maintenance personnel are available by request only through the Building Office.
There will be a minimum charge for any non-standard work performed by a maintenance person on tenant-responsible items. For billing purposes, time is calculated in 15-minute increments and charged at the then applicable hourly rate.
Due to insurance requirements, maintenance personnel have been instructed that under no circumstances will Tenants be allowed to use the Building Engineers tools or equipment. Tenants are allowed to use their own tools and equipment as needed.
