- Call 911 and provide the following information
- name and number of person making report
- exact location of ill or injured individual(s)
- age and sex of ill or injured individual(s)
- type of injuries or illness
- name of ill or injured person(s)
- Assign staff member to meet emergency services at lobby entrance and escort them to victim’s location. Escorts them back down elevator and to waiting ambulance.
- Obtains name of hospital where ill or injured person(s) is being transported.
